01 / The context
The problem behind the project.
Independent security dealers needed a unified way to manage monitored accounts, alarm history, schedules, testing, messages, payments, and requests inside a control-sensitive operating environment. This engagement was delivered through a software-development consultancy.
02 / The contribution
How I approached it.
- Led the fourteen-month .NET and SQL Server rebuild with a two-developer team, building the initial infrastructure and contributing throughout delivery.
- Modeled the web API surface in the database and represented navigation, visibility, and access flags as data.
- Developed a component framework with column-level metadata and database-owned context and session state.
- Included request telemetry, an in-database debugger, activity logging, and explicit error capture.
03 / The result
What the work made possible.
A production dealer portal covering a broad operational surface, built in a SOC 2 and HIPAA control environment. The résumé records the portal as remaining the provider's dealer-management platform; this is not a claim of personal compliance certification.
