A national services provider needed to understand a large facilities estate spatially. When a manager was unavailable, teams needed to find nearby coverage and a practical route between locations.

How I approached it.

1. Made the map the application surface, not a secondary panel.
2. Plotted facilities with their district, regional, and divisional management relationships.
3. Added category toggles and one-click drivable directions between any two points.
4. Delivered within a fixed eight-week cap, keeping the operating question central to the interface.
